How different will the country and the world be, if 25 crore young Indians can learn valuableskills and create a powerful impact in the society.
At Synergy Learning , we aim to develop a community of young people with value. The purpose is to inculcate real problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork, leadership and communication skills within students through teaching, and make them capable so that they can build themselves, and then build and inspire those around them.

Abhinav Vaishnav
Abhinav has competed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Since his college days, Abhinav was fascinated about 2 ideas –
 (i) Education in India, and
 (ii)  Adding value to people’s lives. Merging those 2 ideas, he believes by the right education, and by building the right skills and values, we can create leaders of tomorrow and change the world for better.
Rahul Kumar Mandal
Hi! I am Rahul Kumar Mandal, hailing from Rourkela, Odisha. I have completed my bachelors and masters in Electrical Engineering, from NIT Rourkela, and am currently teaching Maths in Synergy Learning.

Saharshan P M
Saharshan P M is a dedicated Biology Teacher with over 5 years of experience in the field. Saharshan’s passion for teaching and deep subject knowledge make learning a rewarding experience for students. As a Western Digital scholarship holder and the recipient of the Best Student Award at Nirmala College in 2018, Saharshan has demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence.
Saharshan is known for crafting engaging curriculum schemes that bring out the best in students, both theoretically and practically. With a focus on maximizing pupil potential, Saharshan provides holistic support to ensure positive higher education experiences. Saharshan’s teaching approach is a testament to the belief that knowledge is a powerful tool for shaping the future. 
In and out of the classroom, Saharshan P M continues to inspire and nurture the next generation of learners, leaving a lasting impact on the world of education.
Pawan Tagadghar
Pawan Tagadghar has a great track record with experience in academia, research as well as pharmaceuticals. With a masters degree in biochemistry, he has also published a research publication in his name in the journal of biochemistry. He has been teaching students since. 
He possesses a deep passion for his field and is an avid enthusiast of the nature. His love for the subject pushes him to change the way students perceive biology. He is dedicated to instilling discipline, fostering interest, and nurturing curiosity among his students to equip them for any forthcoming challenges.
In his free time you will find him binging on books or playing chess, he also has a knack for sketching.
Abhishek Kumar Kasaudhan

Abhishek has done master’s Degree in Chemistry as well as research project from NIT Meghalaya and graduated from University of Delhi. He posses great academic record and research experience in Organic synthesis, purification, and characterization of Organic molecules along with having deep knowledge of Active pharmaceutical ingredient. Participated for National Conference on Recent advances in Chemistry (RAC 2019). Has enthusiasm teaching experience online as well as offline platform.

An enthusiastic and passionate educator who understands the need for students to gain skills and confidence for their holistic development .. has a experience of 6 years  in teaching physics and chemistry..

Md Akhlaque is a Math faculty and a multi-talented individual with a strong academic foundation, holding a B.Tech degree from NIT Surathkal, and proudly an alumnus of Super 30. He is deeply passionate about mathematics and is determined to reshape students’ perspectives. A results-oriented person in pursuit of innovative problem-solving, his unwavering commitment involves instilling discipline, nurturing curiosity, and fostering interest to prepare students for future challenges.

Suyash Patel

Physics Faculty and Experimentation Incharge

Suyash, believes in fostering a dynamic learning environment where questions are encouraged, and every moment is celebrated. His classroom is not just a space for lectures but a hub of collaboration, where students are inspired to think critically and explore the wonders of the nature. When He’s not peering into the deep space through complex equations, Suyash is in the classroom, making physics come alive for his students. With an infectious enthusiasm and a talent for breaking down complex concepts into digestible bits, He transforms the seemingly daunting subject into an exciting journey of discovery. Beyond the chalkboard, you might find Suyash, spreading the joy of physics areas such as Material science, Semiconductor Physics, Application Fourier Transforms, Mathematical Physics and general concepts of Classical Dynamics. Whether it’s organizing stargazing events or participating in science fairs, He is a firm believer in making science accessible and engaging for everyone.
